Message	They can slide that down and manually push the lock mechanism open. Some police officers still have those so you could check with one of them if you know any and they might be able to help you, but a lock smith with a slim jim type device is you best bet. Once you have it open then you can remove the trim and replace the broken part or lock cylinder. Hope that helps.
